Enrollment and Re-Enrollment Forms are Submitted through FACTS
Families of currently enrolled students, please visit the FACTS Family Portal to complete your re-enrollment.
Families of new students, please contact the school secretary to complete the enrollment process.

Student Uniforms
OLHCA school uniforms are provided by Educational Outfitters. Orders may be placed by phone (720-200-6666) or by visiting the store location in Centennial at 8170 South University Blvd., Centennial, CO, 80122.
